FWIW, I think the count of cards for the Road Tiles should actually be 20 instead of the 16 listed in the "Add-Ons" tab. On the "SGs" tab, see the $250K, $295K, and $360K stretch goals.

I wouldn't mind seeing how many of each,

Truely rough estimates from the spreadsheet for each color...
Core Cards 56 (types not specified)
Structure 56
Accessory 21
Weapons 93
Gear 2
Upgrade 10
Turreted Weapons 6
Dropped Weapons 27
Linked Weapons 14
Coating 1 (surely not a card type)
Crew/Pedestrians 31

Don't know if these are color specific...
Scenario 30
Playmat/Tile 40

Good catch, thanks! It is now fixed on the spreadsheet, including removing the "+4 cards" in the Delta column. If anybody catches any other glitches, I'd be happy to fix my mistakes.

I think I have finalized my binder dividers.
I have dividers for the following sections...
Chassis (structure cards)
Offense (weapons cards)
Defense (defensive weapons cards)
Accessories (targeting comps etc)
Personal Items (gear cards)
Job Seekers (crew/pedestrian cards)
Now Hiring (scenario cards)
Travel Advisories (hazard cards)

Specifically portability and convention usage.

I've been around long enough to recall the issues with the speed and handling trackers and how easy it is for those were to fly away. The 6E cards probably are better, but they aren't terribly portable still. And given my massive layouts, table space is at a premium.

For my 4E convention games, I typically issued players a clipboard with what they needed. Which helped minimize space and was really helpful when their car drives around to the far side of the arena.

The cards make this a tad more difficult to do, not to mention my strong dislike of arm bumps and the like. I think I have a plan that I'm going to experiment with.

I'll be sleeving the cards first. This will help protect them from convention wear and tear. Then I'll attach a magnet (right now, I'm thinking something roughly a quarter of the size of a business card) to the card sleeve. I'm looking at some small whiteboards - I'm thinking 11x17 should be plenty large enough. This gives a surface I can attach the cards with the magnetic sleeves to.

As sleeves aren't standard on games, but something that a lot of gamers use, it should be pretty clear when running events and demoing that they don't come with the game.

That still leaves the dashboards. Obviously a magnetic backing will let them stick to the whiteboard. I'm still trying to come up with something for the tokens on them though.

That still leaves the dashboard, which I'm still considering how to do.
I had a vision. Probably a bit over ambitious but might address this.
Two sheets of hard plastic (lexan for example) layered. With enough space between them to slide sleeved cards in to various slots on all four sides and the upper layer cut out in the middle to fit the CW6E dashboard.
You'd need spacers or stops or something between the layers so the cards don't slip around.

This will give you a hand-held dashboard and cards solution. You can use wet erase markers to mark on the upper layer over cards when they take damage.

I'm certainly not going to make it, but someone might?

My Current Plan is to use a sheet of MDF and cut up some binder pages.
Mount the Dashboard in the middle of the MDF and trim two binder pages to fit around the dashboard. These will be mounted to the MDF with double-sided tape. Cut up properly two binder pages will allow you to have 4 cards above and below the Dashboard and 10-12 cards down each side depending on how you arrange them. OR 8 cards down one side and more down the other to allow for a separate "Crew Area".

If you sleeve your cards UPSIDE DOWN in the Sleeves then put them in the binder pages RIGHT SIDE UP none of the card edges will be exposed and you can use dry or wet erase markers to tick mark damage.

I think the total card count just went up a bit.

Not by much. And mostly in hazards.
From the PDFS I get...

PER COLOR
331 build cards
1 sequence card
4 status cards

COLORLESS
12 damage cards
6 checkpoint cards
4 scenario cards
82 hazards
