First, is better to ask: Can I post the Brazilian Portuguese translation for the Dino Dice rules booklet that I made for myself?

I'd recommend waiting until you get a go-ahead from someone actually employed at SJG. Otherwise, you'd risk violating their Online Policy.

I do not know their general policy on translations of rules to other languages, but given the number of GURPS translations I've seen offered at Warehouse 23, I'd presume you should be able to find someone at SJG willing to address this with you.
