Waiting for the discussion thread to talk about it but this book seems pretty good. Its crunchy so will take time and probably play testing to see how it balances but it appears to do a good job adding extra firepower with minimal new rules or disruption.
I also like how in the vein of Death Spells it has something from almost every college. And some are quite interesting.
