First off, let me say that I'm all for more bestiary and character templates, and I hope you convert more of these for GURPS use.

However, the "demon" classification is one you need to rethink, I think. "Demon" in D&D refers to a specific group of spirits, and second, neither an Arrowhawk nor an azer is either evil or a spirit. In fact, an Azer's a sort of firetouched dwarf.

Fortunately, there's no mechanics effect to it here, so it's not worrisome to change or discard.

Medusa (around 257 points)
ST: 10 HP:10
DX: 13 Per: 12
IQ: 10 Will: 10
HT: 12 FP: 12

Combat:
Dodge: 9
Parry: 8
Head Snakes: 1d-2 cutting + poison (see below)
Bow: 100/150 1d-2 imp
Dagger: 1d-3 imp

Advantages:
Petrifying Gaze: Resisted by HT-2. Turns to stone permanently.
Darkvision
Charisma 2
Striker (Head Snakes, cutting)
Poison(Follow up from snake bite): Resisted by HT. 3 Strength Damage. Cyclic, 1 minute, 1 time.
Wealth(Comfortable)

Disadvantages:
Appearance (Monsterous)
Social Stigma (Monster)

Skills:
Bow-14, Brawl-13, Diplomacy-12, Disguise-15, Fast-Talk-15, Intimidation-12, Knife-13, Stealth-15

Might be worth more. I'm not sure how to handle a permanent affliction.

People really should make pdfs of these kinds of things. This is very nice work and something that I personally have been looking for. But I would very much like to see a pdf of these. It would make my life so much easier. And yes, before anyone can say anything, I am lazy...

Something that might be of use is to make are meta-traits of the various D20 types and subtypes. Like:

D20 Elemental: Night Vision 5, Injury Tolerance (Diffuse, No Vitals, No Blood), Doesn't Eat or Drink, Doesn't Breathe, Doesn't Sleep, Immune to Metabolic Hazards, Social Stigma (Monster).

I'm sure I'm missing something, but you get the point.

Problem is, I am using the template from DF and there is no Outsider class whatsoever. Demon means in DF "outerplanar creatures that can be affected by Banish", which is the closest thing I could find. I do think adding an Outsider class would be a good thing for DF. Azers can be Banished back into the plane of Fire and same goes for the Arrowhawk and the plane of Air.

Does seem like a good idea. It could even speed up my conversions.
