I really like Graeme Davis's work, but in this case, I felt it was more faeries in our world, rather that a total faerie world.

Although the templates are probably a good starting point.

F. Flight – Time

I'm thinking of making Flight for the faeries to be similar to running, every minute of flight, roll against the higher of HT or Flying. On a failure, you lose 1 FP. So an average faerie would fly 6 to 12 minutes before resting.

Although different faeries could have different flight times with changing the time for rolls to 2 - 10 minutes. Or I make the base 5 minutes, so that the average faerie would be able to fly for 30 minutes to an hour before resting.

Thoughts/alternatives?
