Cantina effect time
I tried searching for an answer for this but was unable to find anything.
I was playing Star Munhckin with Epic rules with 3 friends and one of them was at level 18. He kicked down the doors but no monsters. Instead of looking for trouble, he played the Cantina card hoping one of us would give him the monsters he needed to get the levels to win. None of us wanted to add any monsters, so at that point he decided to look for trouble and fight his own monster that gave 2 levels. At this point he is going to win. Everyone else argued that since rooms stay in effect throughout the turn, we can add monsters whenever we wanted and proceeded to add more monsters to his. He ended up winning anyways, but I wanted to see who was right in this scenario. Thanks in advance |

Re: Cantina effect time
The point of Cantina is for each player but the "victim" of the Room, in turn, to add one Monster, and one Monster only. You can't keep adding Monsters later on. Also, the Monsters must be added when Cantina is revealed. After that, you have to go back to the basics where you need to use other cards to be able to add Monsters.
