Re: Car Wars Projects?
And here is my regular gaming group giving the arena a whirl...
Image 1 Image 2 Image 3 We timeboxed the game to about 2 hours. Five of the Eight cars were down at the end, with a sixth spinning out off the upper deck when we ended. Speeds were much higher than in Rainbow Bay (no surprise there) and maneuvering was easier as well, resulting in fewer control failures. Quite a few people jumped their cars off the upper deck. Which is increasing my estimate of how many flight stands I need to do. The arena held up surprisingly well. Biggest problem was still with the grey paint. I put a new coat on this morning though and now that the weather has improved and the humidity has dropped to something reasonable, it looks like the problems with the tacky paint are clearing up too. Made the gate numbers up and also created a few more ad banners to decorate the arena with too. It's getting close to completely finished.

Re: Car Wars Projects?
Yep. Used the Basemaker at Litko. Spent a bit, but they turned out looking pretty good.
