Default Discworld IP

I'm sure SJG doesn't have the rights to Discworld anymore, but if anyone is in contact with whoever does (even if its Pratchett and/or his agent themselves), they might be interested to know that there is a publisher currently selling unauthorized Discworld-to-Tunnels-and-Trolls conversions:

Here be the link.

Note that, IIRC, it's doubly unauthorized, as the generally-accepted-holder of the T&T license has had problems with this publisher/author before. I don't know the details, though, so that's just what I can remember.

James Shipman, Esq., DBA Outlaw Press, has been instructed to cease use or sale of any IP belonging to Ken St. Andre (by ken) and/or Flying Buffalo (By Rick and Ken).

He's still selling materials in violation of that, claiming he's bought it elsewhere, despite having been the sole and exclusive publisher thereof. Likewise, he's selling Mike's stuff after mike instructed him to cease, desist and withdraw the materials. Further, the stuff he's selling can often be had less expensively.

Don't forget his penchant for stealing peoples artwork to adorn his books.

Well, that might not be the sleaziest thing I've ever seen, but it's sure up there...

In fact, we do. I've forwarded your link to Steve and the Net Cell. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

And then claiming he bought rights from a 3rd party agent no one can find.

Please, hopefully the discworld IP holder will thump him into forfeiture of his physical property. he's a Gorram Pirate from HELL...

The appropriate people have been made aware of the situation. There's no further benefit to discussing it here.
