Increased Consumption (Water?)
Does Increased Consumption include water consumption? Whats a fair cost for doubled water consumption?

Re: Increased Consumption (Water?)
Although the wording of Increased Consumption could lead one to assume otherwise, the fact that Reduced Consumption explicitly affects both food and water intake makes it reasonable to rule likewise for IC. Bio-Tech (P47) supports such a ruling, and uses the same limit value as RC; -50% for Food Only OR Water Only.
