The new one on Pre-Order. It was available in limited quantity prior and was in there at that time.

Please note that promotional materials -- including this mini-comic -- are not guaranteed to be in every copy of a game or expansion. Promos, unless declared in some way on the box, may or may not be inside a package.

The way this works is we print XX,000 of an item. That item is then packed inside games and expansions that we designate until supplies run out.
