Stim-packs in Fallout 4 work over what, a few seconds? In previous versions they were instant AFAIK

I'd just call it healing x amount, either instantly, or over a few seconds if you want to keep the computer game feeling and have healing available instantly during combat, or over a short period of time - like 10 minute to an hour, if you want to have it be somewhat more "realistic" and call it a day.

Equipment does not have to be expressed as abilities built with GURPS rules.

In my conversion, I used the following:
  • Diluted - Heal 2 HP instantly and 1 HP/minute for 4 min.
  • Standard - Heal 4 HP instantly and 1 HP/min. for 8 min.
  • Super - Heal 8 HP instantly and 1 HP/min. for 16 min.

Rather than having frequent use risk addiction, I borrowed the side-effect from ascepaline in Bio-Tech.

In my latest AtE/Fallout conversion I'm having it give Mutation Points equal to damage healed...

What sort of stats should a supermutant have? It should have a lot of health but should it have innate dr?

My Super Mutant stats are listed below. Per RPK's house rules, I separate Will and Per from IQ and modified the price of Unaging. I also use some of the After the End rules, hence the RP, and took some inspiration from the Super Mutant found in AtE 2.

Point Cost: 200
Attributes: ST 20 [90]; DX 12 [40]; IQ 8 [-40]; HT 14 [40]; Will 13 [15]; Per 12 [10].
Secondary Characteristics: Damage 2d-1/3d+2; BL 80 lbs.; HP 20 [0]; FP 14 [0]; Basic Speed 6.50 [0]; Basic Move 7 [5]; Size Modifier +1 [0]; RP 37 [20].
Advantages: Combat Reflexes [15]; Damage Resistance 4 (Tough Skin, -40%) [12]; Fit [5]; High Pain Threshold [10]; Less Sleep 4 [8]; Resistant to Disease +3 [3]; Unaging [5]; Very Rapid Healing [15].
Perks: Improvised Weapons (Two-Handed Axe/Mace) [1].
Disadvantages: Appearance (Ugly) [-8]; Bad Temper (9) [-15]; Bloodlust (9) [-15]; Ham-Fisted 1 [-5]; Overconfidence (12) [-5]; Racial Reputation (Cannibalistic murderers -2; Almost everyone; All the time) [-10]; Social Stigma (Monster) [-15].
Traits: Sterile [0].
Skills: Brawling (E) DX+2 [4]-14; Intimidation (A) Will+1 [4]-14; Scrounging (E) Per [1]-12; Survival (Local terrain) (A) Per [2]-12; Two-Handed Axe/Mace (A) DX+1 [4]-13. One of Guns (Rifles or Shotguns), both (E) DX+2 [4]-14.

Sorry, no. My game was set in Florida, so I didn't have any subterranean creatures.

As of today, Modiphius Entertainment are recruiting for a closed playtest for their Fallout RPG. Recruiting ends on 13th January, signing an NDA is required, and not all applicants will get playtest spots.
