Default Telesend and Reduced Range

I'm trying to give a creature the ability to use telesend at a maximum range of 1000 yards. However, telesend uses long distance modifiers (B241), which means there isn't a maximum range, only increasing penalities for distance. (This makes using the "Reduced Range" limitation inapplicable, in so far as I can tell).

Should I just use accessiblity (1000 yards)? If so, any recommendations on how much that should cost?

How about the Range Limits for Warp (B.99) ? 1,000 yards would be -30%.

Good suggestion, the limitations on Warp explicitly use the long distance table. Seems reasonable.

Well, they're not really the same (the Warp penalties start out more severe, but become less so after 1000 miles), but it's probably close enough to use.

Given how Short-Ranged works, the discount should be minimal.
