You'd definitely want to look at how Transhuman Space treats Infomorphs and Bioshells.
The Dolls are Bioshells running on a rudimentary Shadow Infomorph that gets replaced with a tailored one for a specific mission.

Not too hard to do, biggest challenge is to role-playing. Which, of course, is where the fun is.
(and now I'm off topic).

Fox's Almost Human

Jupiter Ascending as a big sprawling space opera with PCs as fixers for Her Majesty.

If we can't get Ringworld then do the Man-Kzin Wars period

Robert Howard’s books are in the public domain, aren’t they?

It's complicated. Super short version, the books are, the character(s) and some other aspects aren't. And I'm not entirely sure about the books in the US.

I think that everything is in the USA, but it is different in Europe, which complicates things.

Anyway, I would love to see two TV shows Dark Matter, a gritty science fiction show, and Lost Girl, a modern fantasy take on fae as predators of humans. I would also like to see RPG adaptations of the October Daye series by Seanan McGuire and the Garrett, PI series by Glen Cook.

I think the issue is that, while Howard's works are probably in the public domain, GURPS:Conan referenced various materials by later writers that certainly aren't.

It's on a list. Cool. Now if it were on SJG's actual list that would be KWEL!!!

I am a huge fan of H Beam Piper. His Paratime stories are a major source for Infinite Worlds. Lord Kalvan lets you drop your players anywhen or just have them stumble upon a flying conveyor. The Terro-Future stories provide a classic Space Opera setting that is not too familiar to most people and most of it is in public domain.

I feel like American Gods has the makings of a great campaign.
