Lord Conrad's Poland in Infinite Worlds

Here is an interesting Alternate. Lord Conrad's Poland is a parallel Earth whose history diverged from our own in 1231 AD. The cause of the divergence was an inadvertant Time Traveler named Conrad Schwartz who adopted the name Conrad Stargard. (Leo Frankowski's The Radiant Warrior and Lord Conrad's Lady). Conrad was an engineering student from 1980s Poland, he was a bit of a socialist and he was purchasing seeds for his mother, and he stumbled onto an undercover time traveling operation run by his American Cousin Tom from America, who was now living in the prehistoric past). Upon Conrad's realization that he was stranded back in time, he got to work preparing Poland for the Mongol Invasion that he knew was coming in 1241, with the help of the local nobility he befriended, he began improving Poland's tech level, until it is some mixture of tech levels approximating TL 5, and TL 6 in some things. Aircraft were invented as well as spark gap radios, the steam engine, railroads, and steam ships. In Time Lord Conrad and the Army he raised stopped the Mongol Invasion Cold with big guns, steam ships, riverboats, airplanes, and infantry soldiers wearing massproduced platemail armor. The current year in this timeline is something around 1245 AD, or approximately after the events of the book Conrand's Quest for Rubber.

At a certain point an agent of Infinity Unlimited discovers thie Timeline while traveling in a parachronic conveyor. Conrad is apparently from Homeline or a parallel very much like Homeline as far as they can tell. There are certain uplifted animals that look like horses called the Big people. Apparently this timeline was once a historical echo of homeline. There is even a radioactive crater in the Tatra Mountains that is apparently of nuclear origin. As far as the agents can determine there was some other sort of conveyor operating in the area. From where, they aren't able to determine.

The truth is the Group of time travelers that accidentially sent Conrad to this period have something that could be called a "Chronic" Projector and Conveyor rather than a "parachronic" projector and Conveyor. The former can be used to travel up and down along a single timeline but not deliberately across time. Along the way they cave spawned a number of historic echos, these time travellers have been very careful not to alter history, and some alternate histories, most notable of which is called Lord Conrad's Poland by Infinity Unlimited. Conrad himself already knows about alternates since he is in one of them, since he left his home universe in the 1980s, he knows nothing about Infinity Unlimited.

The question is, should Infinity Unlimited Contact him, or do you think they would prefer to remain unobserved?
