Ah, the joys of cross-compatability! ^_^

Can you check first that it's not a system setting? See the comment here:

If that's not the case, I will prepare a sample page with some possible fixes for you to test. Thanks!

So the problem is still occurring? If so, I'll send some HTML to test.

I take it back, there is a horizontal scroll bar now! :)

I had to set the preference as you suggested, but was thinking the scroll bar would then be at the bottom of the map window at all times. It is there once I scroll vertically to the end of the content, ie so that the bottom of the tool palette is visible.

Ah, good deal! Glad that it's working. :)

Now that I'm pretty much done on The Book of Unlife, I'm circling back to get Shamat to version 1.0. Please let me know of any suggestions or bug reports for the current version here:

http://shadekeep.com/shamat/shamat.html

The official first release will include the packaged download version of Shamat that you can run in your browser from your local machine, bypassing the need to be online to use it.

Thanks!

Great mapping tool. The work that has been put into it is greatly appreciated,

Is there any way to add text, such as an H4 to indicate a hidden door, roll 4 dice against Int to find?

Is there a reason why skip line only works on horizontal lines? It seems like it would be really useful for quickly drawing walls (apex left and right alternating for vertical, half fills up and down alternating for horizontal).

I've considered adding an annotation tool along these lines, but it's a bit tricky, especially with font scaling. If I can get it into this release I will, though. Thanks!

I can make it work vertically, sure. However, in the scenario you describe, a regular vertical line with Apex components makes a nice wall for me. Is there a different idea you have, such as a wall with openings every other hex?

EDIT: Or are you asking for a version of the tool that does the alternating automatically? That's another one I worked on for a bit but which seemed to add a lot of complexity for very little returned value. I can revisit the idea again however, thanks!
