Default Lucky Talisman

Hi there,

I need a bit of help with clarification of a circumstance that arised regarding the Lucky Talisman Card.

Person A had two curses in effect (Big Feet and Backpack that eats cards).
When that person (A) got a Lucky Talisman card they played/ moved the curse to someone else in the game.

Now, the debate that was made by person A is that the Curse perpetually/ past tense of hit (being hit), means that they can play the card and thus move the curse to someone else.

My objection was that the Curse had to "hit" them and be deflected at the point of initial curse....

Any thoughts or ideas?

Suffering from the continuing effects of a perpetual Curse (like Curse! Big Feet or Curse! Hungry Backpack) is not the same thing as being hit by a Curse. You are hit with a Curse most commonly when you have one played on you by any player (including yourself) or when you find one by kicking open the door. So, no, Lucky Talisman could not be used to move those Curses to another player if it had been put into play after those Curses had hit the player.
