Default Applying additive modifications after multiplicative modifiers

I've been working through the Full edit window trying to find out how to add a +1 cost accessory perk to a power item without the +1 being multiplied by all the modifiers. No matter which value I change it seems to always apply them. Is there a way to separate these out within the same power or do I have to just list it as a separate advantage?

Thank You,

Default Re: Applying additive modifications after multiplicative modifiers

Modifiers can be given a tier() tag, IIRC from tier(5) down to tier(-5). Modifiers without a tier tag are treated as having tier(0).

GCA will process all modifiers starting from the bottom tier moving it's way to the highest tier. So percentage modifiers on tier(0) will be fully processed before modifiers on tier(1) are even looked at, and thus they will not be applied to modifiers on tier(1).

So, basically, making your modifier as follows will prevent other modifiers from affecting it:

Perk Modifier, +1, tier(1)
