I've already forgotten the details.

... The MkV would be able to ram by provably occupying the same hex as its victim.

Yep thought of that. May run that as an Open Gaming event at the Ucon convention in Ypsilanti, MI. I'm running an ODE event on Sunday and another gentleman is running one on Saturday.
