Question regarding magic lamp
Hey guys! Jp here.I have a question about the magic lamp.
Am I able to take the treasures of a plutonium dragon with magic lamp if I'm level 5 or below? Thanks for the help! |

Re: Question regarding magic lamp
I fail to see why you wouldn't be able to use it.
The ol' Plutonium Dragon will not pursue those at level 5 or lower, however this doesn't mean that you can't fight it or are forced to run away (just that if you are low-leveled and do run away, it can't fail without other players' interference). Moderator edit: Please don't quote card text. You are always welcome to paraphrase. It's dastardly - downright Munchkinly - and it's exactly what I'd do in that position. Re: Question regarding magic lamp
I'm not entirely sure how it's "dastardly" to use a card as it was intended, but okay.
Regardless: Magic Lamp can be used during combat as well as just after a failed Run Away attempt. You don't have to use it only after a failed attempt to escape, but, you can, as the card says, only use it on your turn. So, you can't use it as a helper, and you can't use it to deprive someone else of a killing victory. As what was said above, just because the Plutonium Dragon won't pursue does not mean you can't fight it, just in case that was also a concern. |
