Question about Past SJ Games
Many eons ago - yes I am that old; I remember a mini-board game called Vikings packaged in the black plastic case that SJ Games used to come in.
The game was a blast for the Viking player and difficult for the English lord; it only took about an hour to play and was great fun. Am I totally senile or was this a previous title by SJ Games? Any chance this could be republished? Any one know where I may be able to find a gently used copy? |

I don't think that's an SJG game, the only "Vikings" I see on the "Everything We've Ever Released" page are GURPS/RPG products. Is it possibly Viking Raiders? Boardgame Geek has quite a few games listed with "Viking" in the title. Good luck!

I'm pretty sure you're thinking of Metagaming's The Fury of the Norsemen.

Re: Question about Past SJ Games
From the description this sounds like a game inspired by hnefatafl.
