Cancellation of curses
If I have been cursed in a previous turn and the effect has not taken (for example, -5 in next combat) can I use a wishing ring to remove the curse in a later turn (or during combat)?
Our specific example was "Curse! Can't locate the Astronomicon" from Munchkin warhammer. The wording on the card is "Automatically fail your next run away attempt". A player was cursed in a prior turn and then used their wishing ring at the end of combat to remove the curse. Was this a valid move? |

Re: Cancellation of curses
Unless the Curse says otherwise, it can be cancelled at any point until it actually takes effect.

Re: Cancellation of curses
Thanks again! (also, I shall post these questions in Munchkin 101 in the future! only noticed now that this was more of a discussion section).

Re: Cancellation of curses
This is a general forum, so posting questions here is fine if you want to. (And for more complicated questions, we prefer them here; 101 is intended for more basic questions.)
