Kickstarter ship date?
Is there a published ship date for the Kickstarter version of the game?

We're close, with Steve and the team making the last tweaks to all of the components. When we have the game at print we'll have a better idea of when the game will start shipping.

Re: Kickstarter ship date?
I gather when Austin moves up about 2 inches, we'll know it shipped to the printers. When if sinks about 2 feet, it will have arrived at the warehouse for shipment. Watch your seismographs and it will tell all...

Re: Kickstarter ship date?
I'm going to guess that a date for the Austin, TX launch party mentioned in the $650K stretch goal can't be contemplated until there is a decent estimate for the ship date?

Re: Kickstarter ship date?
Catbird- most likely. They won't have any idea about when they could do the launch event until they know when the things are coming in from the printer.
gev- lol, I doubt he's actually signing all those certificates. He'll most likely sign the master copy, and the ones in the KS boxes will be prints of that. Now, that's my take on it. SJ may actually be sitting there hand signing each and every certificate. If he is, well, I'ma go to that launch event and buy that man a drink! -Brian |

Re: Kickstarter ship date?
Phil or Steve will have to tweet a picture of the stack of certificates in Steve's office awaiting (or having already received) his signature.
Having done pretty much that same thing for the GURPS Basic Set Deluxe Edition signature pages, I can promise two things: 1) He's going to do a few at a time, probably signing while in meetings and at other times when his hands can be doing something rote. 2) We're gonna need a bigger Sharpie. (Or a lot of smaller ones.)

Well if you do go, instead of a drink you might want to buy him a carpal tunnel syndrome glove.
