How do I Astral Form?

Pretty much what it says on the tin. I want to build a character for a superheroes game who can astral project, leaving their body behind to scout ect, and can possess people (obviously that one will use the Possession advantage).

Anyone done something like this before? Current line of thought is some kind of Shared Resources Duplication with stuff like Insubstantial on the duplicate only...
