The game will consist of hopefully short, modular adventures such that the loss of players/GMs with so often plagues these games will be less of a problem. As a side effect, it will be possible for other GMs to run their own threads of the adventure if they wish to. this game is over-the-top, anything goes. PCs will progress rapidly, and the UoH has training facilities that make it possible to acquire a wide variety of traits. Campaign TL is TL7, but High TL and Low TL are certainly allowed traits. Players are freshman students at UoH, built on 180/-50 points. Four majors are available: Super: Appears to be a normal human, at least to the casual observer, but has a block of points invested in one or more "super" powers. These powers are bought with a -10% discount. Mad Skillz: These characters have no exotic powers. They gain their awesomeness through extreme specialization, awesome gear, and high skill levels. Mad Skillz majors are allowed and encouraged to have specialized Talents, Techniques, and Gadgets. Action Hero: Action Heroes tend to be well-rounded, and often pack cinematic advantages. They are allowed to spend unused CP as Cinematic Points. Exotica: This is the Major for really weird chars. They are not humans at all, and their character is largely defined by their racial template. Mutants, robots, talking rabbits, etc. all go here. Exotica get no special bonuses, but they have the advantage of being able to use a racial template to bend and break the normal limits.

One of the lesser known people providing that influence was an intelligence officer for what would become the CIA, Paul Headley. Headley and his wife, Constance were living in Rangoon. Headley had been carrying on a couple of affairs with local women and Constance retaliated with the personal bodyguard he kept a Burmese guerrilla fighter of Thai ancestry named Suchart Klahan. Society in the mid forties were far more tolerant of men who cheat than women who cheat and her 'retaliation' ws likely to backfire. it did, spectacularly. Headly caught the two in bed and managed to get himself thoroughly beaten up by Klahan. Local scandal, Klahan was briefly jailed. But Constance was pregnant with his child. Giving birth to a mixed race child in 1948 was not good for either parent or the baby boy. Simple comparisons of her date of divorce and the baby's date of Birth told the story to anyone bothering to look. And the date of her wedding to Klahan was falsified by a year and that technically had her a bigamist married to two men simultaneously. Constance remaining in Rangoon brought the scandal back to Paul, however, so he had friends arrange to have her, he new husband and her brat return/immigrate to the US. As a 'half-breed', little Mongkut didn't get a very good education. he didn't lack intelligence, but he was encouraged to wards a career as a day laborer in school. His father had hooked up up with a private investigations firm even managed to get a license after a few years and worked as a bodyguard. Suchart kept his son studying the martial arts rather than hang out in the streets like common riff raff. And Suchart had contacts with Sifus and Gurus and hired some of them to teach his child more advanced forms of martial artistry. Mongkut is a little older than most of the students, but somewhat lagging in basic educational fundamentals because of institutional bigotry in the Public Schools.
