Liquid Blade and Fire Arms

Would I be able to get the full +3 bonus from fire arms and still use the liquid blade? Liquid blade requires a free hand, but fire hands says the hands cannot be used for something else.

You have to use one Hand to hold the Liquid Blade, so you don't get the +3 for that Hand.
