Using the Ogre Book pg. 108, I found out that my idea of Viper Infantry was cost prohibited and therefore can not be used.

While the idea of the HHwz intrigues me, the fact that a huge barreled gun on an unstable hovercraft does not strictly from a recoil concept. If you want to make a mobile howitzer faster put it on a Mark II chassis and pair it with AP only. I consider a Shvy a tank killer really. Great ideas of yours and if they work in your Ogreverse use them.
