Loosing turned cards in play
Played a game of munchkin tonight went well but question came up between two other players about loosing cards to curses.card stated lose small item.does a item that is turned in front of you count? I said yes.hope I was correct I would feel bad if I was not.thax

Yes, any small Item that is in play can be lost to that Curse, including one that is unequipped.

Does that include when the player must choose which item is lost?can they choose one that is unequiped?

Yes, the player can choose among all their in-play Items.
