If anybody ever wants to run a campaign of clandestine intrigue, secret horror and/or wainscot magic, they need look no further.

This gem is packed with tools and ideas, and needs very little work to update to 4th Ed. It's a cornerstone of the GURPS line, in that a version of the Cabal appears in Infinite Worlds, and for very good reason.

I've adapted it a bit for my Facets campaign, but I didn't need to do much.

Buy it. It's a, "must have."
