Scion Question
Hello. I've got Scion, it's an Onyx Path game were you play the child (adoptive or biological) of a God.
So, which god is your divine parent and what are you planing to become God of?

Re: Scion Question
I play Scion. My character's father is Apollo, and plans on becoming the God of Justice.

Re: Scion Question
I ran a few campaigns in the first edition and bought the second edition. I am not a fan of many of the changes, though expanding the types of scions offers interesting possibilities. The fact that a deity can adopt a mortal creature as a scion offer interesting possibilities, as does the ability of a deity to make a non-living object into a living scion.
If I was playing 2nd edition scion, I think that I would want to be one of the created. Perhaps an old teddy bear that was transformed into a living scion in order to defend children from supernatural predators. Their patron might be Brigid, as she also defends the young, with them becoming a specific Deity of Children under the Celtic pantheon. |
