Default Bad Stuff from Monster The GM Made Up Himself

Just looking for a little clarification of the Bad Stuff suffered from this particular monster. The card says that Halflings lose 1 Lvl, Elves 2, and Males lose 1 extra Lvl. It's the "extra Lvl" part that confuses me. Do you only lose that Lvl if you're also a Halfling or Elf? If you're just a Male do you just lose 1 Lvl? And because the word extra is used only for Males, that does that mean that it's the only Bad Stuff that stacks? If I'm a Halfling/Elf/Male, how many Lvls do I lose?

I read it to mean that if you are a Male you add one Level lost to whatever else the bad stuff is. Another question is would the Halfling and Elf loses stack? Since neither of those have any wording to implicate an addition or a stack I'd say no.

So, what if you're just a Male? 1 Lvl or no Lvls?

I'm fairly sure that a normal male (or a Half-Elf or Half-Halfling with only that one Race) would lose 1 level and a card. The word 'extra' doesn't mean you must already be losing a level to lose an additional one.

I'm not sure if the level loss for a Half-Halfling-Elf stacks or not. Monster combat bonuses for two different races definitely stack, regardless if they state they stack or not. However, the fact that males are given the 'extra' implies that the elf level loss is not extra and thus doesn't stack, you just take the worst one. Thus I agree with Eben's assessment.

I try hard to understand bad stuff but i can't, so i need your help please.

To make it easier for you (and for me to understand), i made some situations with question marks i would like from you to fill. BTW, this will be my last question about Munchkin and it's 1st expansion, i promise! {8D

1) A male Half-Breed Elf loses ? levels and must discard 1 card. (my understanding is 1 + 2 = 3)
2) A male Half-Breed Elf & Halfling loses ? levels and must discard 1 card. (my understanding is 1 + 2 + 1 = 4)
3) A female Half-Breed Elf & Halfling loses ? levels. (my understanding is 2 + 1 = 3)
4) A male neither Elf or Halfling loses ? levels and must discard 1 card. (my understanding is 1)

The name they have in the Greek version of this card, is "ΚΑΛΑ ΜΕΛΕΤΗΜΕΝΟ ΤΕΡΑΣ", meaning "Well Studied Monster". I guess it's name says it all! lol
