The perk in question is actually called "Supersuit," if you want to search for it. It's even possible to define it as nothing more than renamed Signature Gear; see Supers, p. 77.

And note that the GM is likely to rule that if you can split into N bodies, you can pay N times the price for all your non-Signature Gear equipment and have your Dupes appear equipped. For instance, if you have Duplication 2 and want each of your three selves to have $7,000 worth of guns, body armor, and night-vision gear, then pay $21,000 and it'll happen.

Not Duplication, but the Magellan webcomic has some humor around one of the cadets, who has the ability to modify his density (typically to become a gas cloud, but he can also become super dense and thus tiny) but can't bring his clothes along with him. Turns out this is a common problem for supers with various abilities of the sort, although they have an "Etheric Energy Field" that can allow their abilities to affect clothing and the like, although it requires a lot of training to get right. There's a brief discussion here.
