Sure. But infantry supported by all the bells and whistles are probably more expensive and rarer to have at hand than a big laser, at least if you are the spaceborne power.

Of course, a terawatt laser probably has enough range that you can sit your laserstar somewhere where it can bombard most of a hemisphere. Or put up a few mirrors and be able to bombard anywhere on a planet.

Yep. If it's out of range, that means you left it in another star system.

No, no, the rhinestones are appropriate and tasteful. However, the high-res display panels on the back pockets that continuously loop footage of the greatest action sequences of the past three centuries are a bit much. At a minimum, you should dial down the volume.

Either that, or ditch the anamatronic snakes.
