Yes, it does. With the +50% Cosmic you only care about attacks that deal more damage than your divisor. Whether or not that counts as a small attack is another matter.

which is why the witch from left 4 dead has IT:DR rather than straight DR. (the only way to one hit kill her is with a shotgun to the head) ^,^

Start with Unkillable 3 (150), Extreme regeneration (150), and add Supernatural Durability (150) then apply the correct damage type limit from the limited defenses section of the Damage resistance trait. The net effect would be that if your character is "Killed" by that type of damage he goes out of phase or something for a few seconds and returns at full power.

This is not a good combination, since the Supernatural Durability reinstates survival rolls in an added death condition that UK3 doesn't cover.
