If the only effect is whether some spells affect the being or not, then it's a feature.

This seems to depend on the category of spells.

"Immunity to Mind-Affecting Magic" is a 30 point advantage on M155 while M152's mummy treats "Affected by Control Zombie, Pentagram, and
Turn Zombie" as a 0pt feature.

Maybe this is like a case where it's a drawback but worth something like -0.9 points which rounds up to 0, it's not enough to qualify even as a quirk.

Of course the undead templates aren't always the most consistent examples since "Skull has only 2 total DR" went from being worth 0 there to a -5% limitation that wasn't enough to save points (Z69) to a -2 disadvantage (The Weird / Toolkit 2)
