Is it possible for others to sell original GURPS adventures? What are the rules?

Is it possible for companies or individuals other than SJG itself to sell GURPS materials (for example: adventures, NPC collections, new settings, etc? I was able to find rules for posting GURPS materials on the web:

but it explicitly excludes selling GURPS adventures.

If it is possible, are the rules similar to the online policy page? (No use of copyrighted materials, no trade dress, limited use of images, etc?)
