Default Magery Self-Only

How much do you think a limitation on Magery would be worth that allows spells to affect the Caster Only (i.e: buffs) and no missile spells allowed?

I'd probably price it as a variant of Limited Colleges. I don't have Magic or Thaumatology open right now to check pricing, but something akin to "4 Colleges" (which IIRC is like -20% tops) seems viable.
