Below the waist...

One of the monster's bad stuff (I think it's "Crabs") says to loose armor and all items word below the waist. Does it mean armor and footgear or there are more items which fall into this description: for example: Kneepads of Allure, Pantyhose of Giant Strength e.t.c. - it's logical that you wear them below the waist.

If it is an Item that one would typically wear below the waist, including anything worn on the legs or feet, then Crabs makes you discard it.
