Sincere condolences to Steve and everyone who knew Monica. From my remote position it always seemed as if Monica was as much the heart of the company as Steve, and some of the comments from those who knew her reinforce that impression. May the memories of her be joy, not sadness.

So sorry to hear this. I remember seeing her at the SJGames table at cons.

My deepest sympathies to Steve and everyone who misses Monica. I never met her, but she seems to have been an amazing person.

My condolences. It's hard to lose a loved one.

Not my words, but my hope for all who knew her. “Today and always, may loving memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength.”

Steve and I have been in frequent conversation over the last few months. Our friendship goes back decades, and I was glad to hear when Monica pulled through a bad patch in hospital a month ago or so. So it was a shock, and a great sorrow, to hear from him of her sudden passing on Thursday.

I regret not to have known Monica. I wish I had. I know my life is the lesser that now we will never have the opportunity. I am truly grateful to the SJG Community here, embracing Steve and helping shoulder the burden of grief.

Light and Strength to all. Tell those you love how much they mean to you, every day.

I wish there were words that lessen the pain of loosing a loved one, but there are not. My condolences.

My condolences. I’ve seen her name more and more in the credits for your great books. I recall sometime in the early 2000s, I noticed the frequency of her being mentioned and quickly realized she really did a lot for y’all.
