Good post.

I've often recommended using the general Task Difficulty modifiers from p. 345-346 for keeping the game moving when you don't recall all the specific modifiers off the top of your head, or the roll isn't important enough to anybody to work them all out.

I specifically try to post responses to common questions and misperceptions about GURPS.

This week on the chopping block is, "Where are all the monsters for GURPS?" To which I reply, "Right here!"

I ran a convention one-shot this past weekend set in Locus, the multi-dimensional city. It went very well, and a good time was had by all. Looking through the adventure and notes reveals more details about the setting and the direction it's taking -- what do you think?

Whaaat? Even more ways to speed up GURPS combat, using colored dice sets and/or numbered tokens to consolidate multiple rolls into a single toss?
