The Cabal and its factions basically represents the whole Mystic spectrum for the Four-Color ISTverse, with the various Grand Masters serving as Dr. Strange-like heroes and/or villains.

Of course, if anyone can be said to be this world's "Sorceror Supreme", it is the True Secret Chief of the Cabal, le Comte de Saint-Germain, who has held the title for the past 3 centuries. A wanderer, trickster and bon-vivant, he and his true agenda remain cloaked in mystery, though he is known for stopping Qlippothic incursions, and tends to dispense his own brand of cryptic advice and sorcerous "Justice" wherever he goes.
