Using some ideas from How to Be a GURPS GM, I statted out some very vanilla battle encounters that can now easily be customized with racial templates or some stat boosts to meet basic campaign fodder needs.

This morning, I cross-posted from JustRoll3d6 something that coincided with a post from earlier this week.

Just now, I was thinking out loud about how to make a scholar useful. Let me know if you have more good ideas to add on to this.

Today, I reviewed Dungeon Fantasy 3. A fun, but unfortunately, underutilized book. I liked it! I think that future books like Power-Ups and Henchmen treat a few of the bigger issues with the book (Power-Ups giving a first class treatment of new capabilities, and Henchmen giving more modular templates to build a 250 point character with a race without having to do point gymnastics to make it fit.)
