Munchkin Holiday Grab Boxes - Tournament Viability and Usage

The Munchkin Holiday Grab Boxes have some sweet rules attached to them, hence my first question regarding legitimacy of their usage during a tournament.

Also what is time frame of using the bonuses? For example if i want to resurrect a card twice, do i do it in certain time intervals?

Example: I am level 9 cleric and am searching discards for Holy Intervention card, after using one of resurections the Boxes give me. Someone else throws a Curse! Loose a Level! on me, before i find the Holy Intervention. What am i able to do?

1. Nothing, loose a level, continue searching.
2. You can use another option on your box, "Ignore a Curse that was played on you.", Mark the box. Continue searching.
3. You can use another option on your box. "Ignore a Curse that was played on you.". State that you're using it. Continue searching. After you resolve "Holy Intervention" mark the box.
4. Continue searching. After you found "Holy Intervention" state that your answer to a Curse is "Ignore...". Mark the box. Resolve "Holy Intervention".

Whether you can use that box is up to the judge of your specific tournament, as with all promo items that aren't specifically listed as "always allowed." Each use of a rule counts as one item, so the number of uses would be restricted by the restrictions on the use of items in that tournament.
