Holding nails for driving without fear of hurting yourself.
Picking up tools and stuff dropped in tight crevices. Scratching your back, or discreetly scratching private areas. Paperweight that is transparent. Turn pages of your book or hold them down in the wind when you're holding a book in one hand and a beverage in the other. Play with the cat/dog without getting scratched, furry, slobbery, etc. Fish your phone, keys, etc out of the toilet. Wave a fan on yourself on a hot day. Pick pocketing. Third hand for tying bows, wrapping gifts, etc. Awesome piano playing, super guitar shredding, etc. Eye/ear protection. Wipe rain from your glasses. Hit buttons on your game controller without lifting your thumb from the right stick. |

Also, it strikes me that if your partner didn't know what you were doing, there'd be a certain risk of a squick reaction with some people. |

Pulling open a manual lock on a car without breaking the window. Flipping a deadbolt from the other side of a door for that matter.

Handling mono-wire safely, and using it to set up a near invisible trap. Best thing my character ever did with it.

Not much more than 1; he can explicitly manipulate cigarettes and shotglasses, but not cocktails or pick up guns. I'd say 3 at the outside. The ability to reach through videophones and the like would be Cosmic +50% on my view. |

Such judgements are going to be subjective, but I'd say it looks like a +100%, since it's not just overcoming an inherent limitation, but actually breaking physical laws. Going by the bit Anything In-Between in Power-Ups Enhancements (p8), I'd be OK with calling it a variation on Increased Range Line of Sight.

Re: Things to do with Level 1 Telekinesis
It would be interesting to eliminate the telekinesis power and just treat it as a special case of Extra Arm. Might wind up with really wacky pricing, but a lot of that may be dubious pricing on extra arms.
