Default [Supers] Snatcher with Recall / Bag of Holding?

Salutations!

So I'm trying to build a Supers character who can use any handbag, knapsack, backpack or similar bag like a Bag of Holding.

Getting things out is easy: Snatcher (More Weight 1 (5 kg), +5%; Recall, -25%; Reduced Fatigue Cost 2, +40%; Super, -10%; Requires Bag, -5%; Reduced Time 1 (5 s), +20%; Reliable 6, +30%) [124]

As far as I understand it, Recalled items are permanent by default, so they are exempt from the rule that snatching another item makes the previous item disappear, correct?

Also, when a character has Snatcher with Recall, Snatches an item and then "dismisses" it, where does it go? Back to where it was before it was Snatched?

The tricky part is putting things into the bag. I assume the Snatcher advantage is of no help here.

My next best guess would be Affliction (Advantage: Jumper, +1000%; Small Objects Only, -30%(?); Reliable 6, +30%; Reduced Fatigue Cost 1, +20%; Super, -10%; Requires Bag, -5%, Melee Attack (C), Cannot Parry, -35%; No Signature, +20%; Reduced Time 1 (5 s), +20%; Alternate Ability, x0.2) [21]

Would you agree with this build or would you do it differently? I appreciate your feedback. Thank you!

I'd go more with a Cosmic Payload, perhaps with a minor Accessibility limitation for "requires a bag."

It would be simpler to use Payload with 50% Cosmic, but would then have a weight limit on how much can be held in the bag.

Nice catch, both of you. Payload with Cosmic is indeed a good alternative.

Now I have to ponder whether the total weight limit is a no-go. ~100 kg is not that much...

Hm, how about this? I keep Snatcher as it is, but I also take Cosmic Payload. That way, I can dump the Payload's contents in a secure location periodically and then still access it with Snatcher. That might work. Thank you!

ETA: Would it be allowed to buy either Payload or Snatcher (whichever costs less) as an Alternate Ability?

Technically yes, but the payload would go away if you ever used snatcher. I would say this would either dump or destroy the contents of the payload, so...not a good idea.

Good point, thank you.

I realize that there is a general feeling against thread necromancy but it seems like the original question was not answered.

I think returning the items is built into Snatcher (Recall) and all you need for this build is Nuisance: Dismissing requires a bag -5%.

I am interested in confirming though, that dismissed objects go back to the place of Snatching.

In my own games, I would rule that, yes, a dismissed object goes back to where it was Snatched from. It doesn't automatically get destroyed when dismissed, just sent someplace "not here".

Figure a person who has a chest of weapons stored under his bed or in his closet. He's built Snatcher (Recall) to let him grab any weapon (or other item) that's stored in the chest (a -10% Accessibility, I'd say). When he dismisses the weapon, I'd rule that it automatically goes back in the chest. If not there, where would it go when dismissed? Items used with generic Snatcher (Recall) would be returned to their universe of origin, IMO.
