I wouldn't know, I'm getting a 404 from the OP's link. :)

My game was set in a TL 3-4ish fantasy setting, for anybody who was curious. Guys who can't afford healing potions stabbing each other with knives in a dark alley. Good times, good times.

Yeah, it's a 70's setting, as were most of the great mafia films. So TL7 it'd be.

Any hints and tips from how your game ran are greatly appreciated.

Sacrilege! The best mafia films are set in the 20s and 30s, dontcha know! ;-)
