Hitlocation Technique
Hi.
Have I missed something? Because, I can't find any "hitlocation penalty-negation technique". Is it because we're so obviously are to port it as is directly from 3rd Ed? Or is it because it's supposedly an obvious No-No? thanks in advance Johan

Re: Hitlocation Technique
There is one in Martial Arts, as I recall. It allows you to negate up to half of the hit location penalty for specific location.

Re: Hitlocation Technique
Hmm ... oki, so there is a technique that will help reduce the hitlocation penalties by up to half (rounded up?).
I guess it's a hard technique, since it's a combat oriented one (most combat techniques generally are). Thanks all. Saved me the bother to buy a whole book just to get one technique. =)

Re: Hitlocation Technique
Didn't save you much, because there are some important caveats and rules that apply to that technique...you'd still want the book for the whole description.
At least schlep down to a game store and read a copy standing there!
