Can Cheat! be looted from a dead body?
4. If a player who has a cheat in play dies, are other players able to select the cheat card during the Loot the Body phase?

To elaborate on Eben's answer (which is correct), when a munchkin dies, the Cheat! card is no longer tied to an Item -- the Cheat! and the Item card are separate cards and a player can only take one of them.
