Default Fallout ghouls and Super-mutants

I've started my GURPS Fallout campaign now and going to need to have statistics for ghouls and Super-Mutants of the wasteland soon. Has anyone modelled them in 3rd edition rules? Basic things are easy. Hight ST, High HT, some natural DR, something like 8-9 average IQ. What else? What disadvantages and advantages? Any ideas will be welcome.

For a generic ghoul I use the following:

Advantages:
High Pain Threshold [10]; Tough Hide [28] (Provides a PD of 1 and DR of 1).

Disadvantages:
Hideous Appearance [-20] (Reaction: -4); Reduced Move 1 [-5] (Speed (running): 4); Sterile [-3].

Now a Glowing One, we would add some sorta immunity to radiation not to mention he or she would generate a few rads on their own.

Also various mental disadvantages would be common with ghouls. They were there when the bombs fell.

The skills represent a human villager who has been captured and dipped, then put through the basic training of the Master's Army.

I've noticed that a Super Mutant smiting someone with a steel pipe is often more hazardous than a point blank shotgun blast. Something to think about.

Super Mutants in the Fallout Universe fall into five general categories. Super Mutants who...

Brawl
Use Flamethrowers
Use Ray Guns
Use Mini Guns
Lieutenants.

The Super Mutant Lieutenant I would suggest to be a 300 pt character.
