Here's my take. According to Tactical Shooting, when performing a Dual-Weapon Attack (Pistol), you can't take Aim maneuver in previous turns (Akimbo Shooting, p. 32; Unsighted Shooting, p. 13) because making DWA (Pistol) means that you don't look at the sights on your guns when firing. Per p. B53, Enhanced Tracking n enables you to Aim at n+1 different targets simultaneously with n+1 of your ready weapons. Therefore:
