Equal race point totals

For the setting I've been working up:

Elves: 50 points*
Dwarves: 25 points
Halflings: 15 points
Orcs: 9 points
Half-Orcs: 6 points

* These elves are the younger elf race. The ancient elves would have been much higher point total before they went all Howard Hughes and isolated themselves from the outside world. Ancient elves consider themselves true elves, the younger elves fallen elves, and the other races beneath their notice.
